A) The causes of the stress could've been because of school problems, family things, and basically anything. The things I could've done to handle it is just to calm down a little bit and not worry about a lot of things because that’s why you get stressed. And maybe I would just do something that is relaxing and not so stressful; it would really help. Also, when I’m stressed it would help to just sleep it off. That’s one thing that would really help, all you need is a little sleep. That is what I would do to handle stress. B) Stress can be led by many factors. Stress can be caused by factors dealing with home, school, or personal reasons such as relationship issues. To handle a stressful situation, you can talk to someone else about it. Talking about your issues can make you feel better. By talking about it to someone you trust, you can also get helpful advice on how to act to relieve the stress.
