A) One thing I would say to someone to help build their self-esteem is that they’re a wonderful person, I believe in them, and they can achieve great things in life. Never lose faith and always reach for their goals no matter where life takes them. If they ever need anything, I'll always be here to motivate them in the right direction and path. B) One thing to do is to encourage people to believe in themselves. Any positive encouragement can actually go a long way to a person. Whatever that person may be going through, words of encouragement can actually change a person by raising their self-esteem and motivating them. A simple “You can do it” can actually let the person know that you believe in them and thus make them believe in themselves.
